1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Perfume products can only be returned if they are unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging.

  • We cannot accept returns for opened bottles, used perfumes, or items not in their original condition due to hygiene and safety reasons.

  • Returns must be requested within 7–14 days of delivery.

2. How to Request a Return

  2. We will provide instructions for returning the item.

  3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product was defective or the wrong item was sent.

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days and credited to your original payment method.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error).

4. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong product was delivered.

5. Exceptions

  • Clearance or promotional items may not be eligible for return unless faulty.

  • Perfume gift sets must be returned in full and unopened.
